Christopher J. Kelley, LEED Green Assoc.
Engineering Associate & Historic Preservation Specialist

A member of the TDL staff since 2008, Christopher’s extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, studies and experience in historic preservation, LEED credentials, and undergraduate business degree have made him a highly valued and active TDL resource. He consults on the company’s building structure assessment and design projects, provides technical oversight for repair and restoration work, conducts failure investigations and provides an economics perspective for TDL’s capital budget studies.

A 2002 Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University graduate, Christopher earned a B.A. in Economics. Since then, his considerable training, coursework and credential activity include having completed Goucher College’s Welch Center for Professional and Graduate Studies’ Historic Preservation Certificate Program and having earned the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Green Associate credential. Christopher is currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Technology and an Associates degree in Science with a Mathematics Specialization.
