Sutton Towers Condominium, delivered in 1979, has a garage with three levels of parking located under the building and the rear plaza. The garage’s sub-grade waterproof membrane had reached the end of its useful life and could no longer serve its purpose. TDL was selected to scope and spec a project to replace the membrane. The project involved a complete overhaul of the rear plaza, including landscaping and balconies. The restoration of the membrane resulted in a more functional, sustainable, and structurally sound plaza area.
